A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving a confirmation message from Phuong Linh Homestay and any required deposit payment.

PAYMENT

Accepted payment methods may include bank transfer, cash, VNPay, Momo, or other approved methods.

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in Time: After 2:00 PM

Check-out Time: Before 12:00 PM

Additional charges may apply for early check-in or late check-out.

GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES

Guests agree to:

Maintain cleanliness of the property.

Respect neighbors and local regulations.

Avoid excessive noise, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Compensate for any damage caused during their stay.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Illegal activities.

Use of prohibited substances.

Disturbing other guests.

Unauthorized parties or events.

LIABILITY

Phuong Linh Homestay shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
